After unlocking the Good Ending and then, in a new game, reaching 100,000 points in Normal Mode, a new image will appear in the folder, titled U-tarou.png. Presumably it is of a scrap of Uujima's new drawings of suicidal rabbits, in lieu of cats, after being found by an upset Irisu Kyouko, perhaps implying that even after the birthday party charade, she still harbors plans to kill now all three of the students.
A oversight or bug makes it so that reaching 100,000 points in Normal Mode after accessing Metsu Mode will not allow you to access this unlockable.
